As a Real Estate Professional, I am a firm believer in including floor plans with all of my listings, but, I never gave much weight to drone photography and only used them when in close proximity to downtown or some great landmark that should be highlighted from the air.

I originally had Aaryan do some simple walkthrough videos on some listings (to my taste) and have found them to be incredibly helpful and generate a lot of interest (I really dislike matterport, so its a great solution for me).  And he does a much better job than I could do with a quick turnaround time.

Then, I expanded to some drone photos and was very impressed.

Now that I have Aaryan, I include drone photos on all of my listings and find them incredibly impactful regardless of area.

And now with market conditions shifting from a seller's market to more balanced conditions, it's an affordable way to set my listings apart.
